How it works
Renewable electricity splits purified water into hydrogen and oxygen inside an electrolyser: 2H₂O → 2H₂ + O₂. The hydrogen is compressed and stored, then shipped as ammonia, piped to industry, or dispensed to fuel-cell fleets. Roughly 50 to 55 kWh of electricity and nine litres of water per kilogram of hydrogen.
Those two input numbers are the entire economics. Hydrogen is competitive where electricity is very cheap and water can be produced affordably — which describes the Gulf better than almost anywhere.

Timeline
Feasibility and FEED take six months, permits and long-lead procurement another six, civil and utilities six more, mechanical installation ten, and commissioning eight. A 10 to 100 MW facility realistically runs 18 to 36 months from serious start to first hydrogen.
Offtake decides these projects, not engineering. The technology is well understood and the equipment is available. What kills hydrogen projects is the absence of a creditworthy buyer at a price that supports the capital. We will not take a client into FEED without a credible offtake path, because the honest answer at that stage saves far more than it costs.

We develop, structure and build. We are not an electrolyser manufacturer and do not pretend to be — we procure stacks from established suppliers and integrate them. Our contribution is the renewable generation that feeds the plant, the balance of plant, the construction, and the financing structure.
