What EPC actually means
Engineering, procurement and construction delivered as one contract with one party accountable. You are not managing a designer, a supplier and an installer separately and absorbing the gaps between them. We carry the design risk, the equipment risk and the construction risk.
That matters most when something goes wrong. If a module underperforms, there is no argument about whether it was specified badly, supplied wrongly or installed poorly, because all three were ours.

Residential systems compress this to three to six weeks. Utility-scale plants of 20 to 200 MWp extend it to 10 to 18 months.

Engineering for desert conditions
Dust is the variable most often underestimated. Research in the UAE has measured substantial efficiency loss from soiling between cleaning cycles, and ambient temperature drives derating that a temperate-climate model will not predict. Three things follow, and we build them in as standard: module tilt and row spacing chosen for cleaning access rather than only for yield, string-level monitoring so soiling shows up before it becomes expensive, and an O&M schedule matched to the site's actual exposure.
Standards we design to
IEC 61215 and 61730 for module qualification and safety, IEC 62109 for inverter safety, IEC 60364 for electrical installations, IEEE 1547 for grid interconnection, IEC 60617 for drawing symbology, and IEC 61724 for performance methodology. Final drawings are certified by licensed engineers and approved by the relevant authority during permitting.

What does solar EPC include?

What size solar systems do you build?
From 5 kWp residential rooftops to 200 MWp utility-scale plants, plus commercial and industrial systems between those extremes.
How long does a solar project take?
A residential rooftop system takes three to six weeks. Commercial systems of 100 kWp to 5 MWp take two to four months. Utility-scale plants of 20 to 200 MWp take 10 to 18 months, including permits and grid approval.
Do you handle utility approvals?
Yes. Utility approval is part of the EPC scope. In Dubai that means DEWA design approval and inspection under Shams Dubai; each market we work in has its own process and we handle it.
Do you provide maintenance after commissioning?
Yes. We provide long-term O&M including cleaning schedules matched to site exposure, string-level performance monitoring and inverter servicing.
